    My One Year Transformation

    I started in July 2002 and begun getting ready for my first show in August 2003 which I took 3rd in heavy weight.

    Just wonderin' is the top one the before pic and the bottom one the after pic or are you gonna post the after pix later. Good Job on the show regardless.
