    Question about Femara

I have red that with Aromasin, that it is best taken with a fatty meal. Does the same hold true with Femara? I didnt see anything in the pacakge insert about it. Just curious how yall take it (empty stomach, etc)

I dont think it is necesary to take with food, but some people may get an upset stomach or something so the food may help. It never bothers me though.

the letrozole i have tastes like rubbing alcohol...i have to mix it in with some water and then chug to keep me from getting an upset stomach. i generally take it in the morning before cardio to help with any water retention. works like a charm, really.
