I´m a woman and I like to know what kind of cycle is the best choise for me. I want to build some hight quality kg of muscle and gain strength, and at the same time lose some kg of fat. I´m 29 years old, 168 cm and weigh 63 kg, I have training hard for one year and I train with the basic exercises. I train 4 days / w, and do cardio 5 days / w.
