The magic formula for losing fat is...
Cardio, weights, and diet.
Thats it. Do an hour of cardio every morning on an empty stomach. You could try and eca stack, drink alot of green tea. Make sure you have a good multi vit every morning too. Do some weights every other afternoon. Run a low cal, low carb diet.

Well lets see, at 45 you could prolly start with a moderate 12 week cycle of say 300-400mg of enanth. Then you go out and find a sweet young 20ish goer and once the test kicks in, you'll be like on super viagra

Seriously though, a strict diet with about a 60% protien 25%carb 15%fat
along with at least 1/2 hr cardio on mt stomach in the morn mon to fri.
You have to start weights though bro, the more lean muscle mass you have , the more calories your body burns at rest or work!
As long as you are in good general health without high BP or liver probs you could try ephedrine/caffiene/aspirin stacked for a thermogenic effect
that will compound your weight loss efforts!! Good Luck! Its not an easy road but its a worthwhile one fer sure!!!!!

Test and hgh at your age will be very helpful along with a good diet and cardio.
Any more ideas out there? What kind of HGH and test does anyone suggest? I thought all of those HGH claims were bogus.
