Wherever you read that statement is full of shit. Deca is an alright drug, but test should be the base of all your cycles. All long ester drugs ie deca, eq, sus, test enan etc etc shoutld eb run a minimum of 10 wks 12-16 wks being optimum JMO. Short esters are a different story though

Where did you read this? You will need to run SUS either EOOD or EOD(better) for it to give you the gains you want to see. Like MadMax and bdtr said go with a single ester test like cyp or enan.

Now if you run the Deca and cut the SUS early then you could develop the dreaded Deca Dick.

You need tons of research before you start this cycle.... Also what anti-e's do you have on hand.... do you have bromo in case you get gyno from the Deca?

wks 1-12 Sus
wks 1-10 Deca

Sus does have the decoanate ester in its blend but i feel its neccessary to stop the deca short of the test because IMO its easier to recover from test then it is from deca. Also on a side note, i woudl never come off a cycle that consisted of deca w/o HCG and clomid/nolva post cycle.

U make total sense.....so 12 weeks of SUS 500 mg a week, and 10 weeks of DECA 400 mg a week

Ideally i'd go
deca - 1-10
sust 1-12

At the very least run them both 1-10 because the deconate in the sust will still be around after 3 weeks although you're better off with 1-12 with the test.

I was wondering why...lol Well ive been taining on and off for like 2 years, but consistelny for the past 7 months......im 5'6" 163 lbs



i took a slow cycle of only 4 weeks of DECA like 5 months ago.......but shit i gained a solid 8 lbs.....

1 - 10 Cyp @ 400mg
1 - end of PCT Nolva @ 20mg ED
PCT 3 weeks after last injection

or

1 - 10 Enan @ 400mg
1 - end of PCT Nolva @ 20mg ED
PCT 2 weeks after last injection

Now I need to go lay down for awhile
