    Question general question(s)

    I need a little clarification on a few topics. Here are some and what I have heard they are used for. My knowledge is very limited so please enlighten me. Details if possible; what are they/what do they do, which are mandatory, serving size, best brand names, etc.

    amino acids/multi aminos=protein connectors
    nolva=gyno
    milk thistle=liver
    water pills=loose h2o weight
    shark carlidge=joints
    cranberry extract=?
    flaxide oil=?
    arimidex=?
    PCT=?


    Also please list some topics with info that I may not have included which I should definetly research.

    Yes, i hired a profesional cheap webcam photographer to take my pics. 50 cents an hour. I'll post pics after i get married, my goal is to be in my "ideal" shape right before then (whenever i get around to proposing)
