5 egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal
2tbs pancake mix
1 pack of sweetner
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
Put all of above ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds
These don't cook like normal pancakes, bottom cooks a lot faster than the top, they can be hard to flip sometimes. The trick is to cook them a little slower than normal. For topping, use either low sugar fruit preserves or low calorie syrup. A much healthier alternative to regular pancakes with a lot more protein. Makes 2 large pancakes.
