    Night Charge

    It's a pretty expensive supplemment, but is it any good??? Or just another ripoff like Myo-Blast?

    from what i've read its decent stuff. pretty expensive tho.. i think the only difference is the "slow release" formula. personally i'd just stick with regular protein and take it before bed.

    You are catabolic at night. If you are trying to gain, set your alarm clock for 4 hours after you go to bed and drink a LOW or NO carb protein shake.

    Slow release my ass... pure hype.

    Take protein drink with flaxseed oil to slow down absorption.
