I been doing shrugs for long time. I have developed my traps in the back but i can't seem to get some height on them can you guys give me some suggestion. I did dumbell shrugs and Barbell Shrugs.

where do you position your hands when doing barbell shrugs??

what i usually do is put about a thumb width apart on the bar, lean just a bit back and shrug, try it with light weight first to get a feel for it
