I guess kinda both. Thing is though, I still have maintained a fair amount of strength. Not as much as it was before obviously, but all the groups have kept SOME kind of strength (except for chest). Chest has actually gone LOWER then it was BEFORE we started our cycle. Meaning, me and my friend were benching MORE in September of 2002, then September of 2003. Now this shit is just MIND BAFFLING!!! I mean, we are both pissed and don't understand. Everything else has been either the same, or a little bit better. We used to do easy sets at 225/235lbs, and then, after the cycle finished, we maintained quite a bit, still did sets at 225lbs at least. But then, after the summer, coming back, we are struggling with 185lbs, makes me SICK to my stomach.
I'm just hoping with some time, it will come back, and then I might just hit another cycle soon. I know I said I was gonna cut and maybe do Fina/Prop/EQ type of thing, but man, the lack of size and strength is too overwhelming, hahahahaha, might just end up running the Sustanon again.
