Dam Bro, thats some serious weight. Are you a straight powerlifter or a bodybuilder/powerlifter/fighter, etc. I find if I get my bench above 400 I lose to much speed with Martial arts. I try to stay balanced with strength and speed. Now I'm around 385 bench, 550 squat, don't know deadlift.

I'm probably the weakest in on AR.

    Bench: 250
Squat: 300 (I suck at squatting.)
    Don't do deadlifts yet.

    5'9 160

    247 1/2 bench (new max 255!)
    275 squat
    335 dead

anyway, i hate to ask this, but i haven't gotten much input on my final peroid of time before i pop my cherry. My pre-cycle workout/diary at

You can almost bench 200% of your weight...not many people can make that claim.

i get those odd number weights because in powerlifting you use kilos.

  18. #18
I couldn't even tell you because after I injured myself powerlifting I train for aestetics (sp) now. I weigh 215 right now and I bench 275 for 6, but don't go above that and squats I just do lots of reps with 225... forget deadlifts, that's the reason I have lumbar problems now!

Well I know I'm not the strongest, but I don't care to be either. My bests are
    Bench- 405 lbs
    Squat- 705 lbs
    Deadlift- 655 lbs
Of course that was when I was competing in college in powerlifting at 232 lbs.

i'm trying. i blew $400 on what might be a scam. i have a couple hundred left that i'm thinking about spending it on fina pellets and a fina kit. if worst comes to worst, i'd be fine with doing a fina only cycle...

you mean fina and bromo right? Prolactin gyno is bad news.. They say that fina can shut you down pretty hard when used without test. (the dreaded fina dick..)
4000 mg of fina will only run you around 100 bucks if you make it yourself. It's definitely the cheapest thing going, so there are definitely some positives and negatives..

Hopefully you didn't get scammed.. Make sure to run all your sources by the mods. Goodluck clock!
