how many ius should u take a week of hgc, is it like 2000 to 5000 ius?

From everything I've read, it's best to use it 500iu/day. At least that's what I did and it worked fine. A large dose at once increases the likelihood of getting gyno from a large test spike, from what I understand, which is why some people recommend always taking Nolva with HCG, even at 500iu/day. I didn't need to myself, however.
