    What are your best excuses for rapid weight gain?

    Hey I was just wondering what kind of excuses you give people when they notice you have suddenly gotten bigger? The one I always hear from people I know are taking gear is "Im taking alot of cell tech and working out alot, its mostly water weight though". Then they somehow BS the person into thinking that cell tech is responsible for them gaining 30 pounds in such a short time.

    So what excuses do you give people when you dont want them to know you are taking gear?

    When somebody ask that question I tell them that I don't even workout, all I do is eat what ever I want when I want the rest must be just great genetics...this only works for people who don't really know u... ...I don't shoot that line to my gym bros...they know it's just celltech and nitrotech...hell gained 30 lbs of one jug each.

    Well when people ask me what I'm doing to put on all this weight my exact words are "Shit man, you've seen how much I eat." Than I go on and on about some current supplement that has just come out and they usually fall for it. But most people I know, know that I juice from time to time.

    i just tell them what i eat in 1 day, then their wondering why i havent put on more weight hehe.

    for face puffyness--i tell then sinus problems
    for size gain i tell them i've lost weight so it makes you look bigger

    Yeah, I think that's the best cover up too. No really, you tell them that, in like a sarcastic kinda tone too, and they will really think you are just kidding around. AND THEN go on about some new supplements and eating/training, bla bla.

    However, if you are a regular, and some of the "regular bro's" know you/see you training year round, they know. Like in my univ. gym, when you come back from summer, and you are pressing 185, and suddenly 2-3 weeks later, u throw up 225lbs like its nothing, they know wtf is going on! People aren't THAT stupid

    I just wear my "No I'm not on steroids but thank you for asking" shirt everywhere I go and nobody seems to bother me.

    I'm with BigTex...when people (and i mean family/friends who have no idea about bodybuilding/fitness/health) find out how much i eat every day...their response is always, "Oh...wow, that makes sense!"
