1 50mg winny/eod & 50 mg SUSt
2 50mg winny/eod & 50 mg Sust
3 50mg winny/eod & 100 mgsust
4 50mg winny/eod & 100 mg sust
5 50mg winny/eod & 100 mg sust
6 50mg winny/eod & 150 mg sust
7 50mg winny/eod & 150 mg sust
8 150 mg sust
9 150 mg sust
10 200 mg sust
11 200 mg sust
12 200mg sust


Now the only thing is taht i almost have got my hand on anadrol
and I am IN THE first week now
When should I throw anadrol in best? ok if its in the second or 3erd week?

I was planning on taking 100 mg of it every day for maximum 4 weeks ( hows this?)

and Deca offcorse its real hard to get here in the netherlands lately but i'll throw it in when I hop to get my hands on it (i was thinking of taking 150 to 200 mg Deca a week from the second or third week for 8 weeks



anyone got any suugg?

offcorse i'l take clomid or proviron the last 13 14 15 th weeks
and also keep it up with some sust and primo but thats a problem for later


help me out, i'm open to all suggestions

You are planning on taking only 50mg sust for the first couple weeks???? I don't even think you will feel that.....

Bro, get some more test and run the sust at MINIMUM 250mg EVERY WEEK...... Preferrably 500mg....

Oh, and FORGET the anadrol. This sounds like your first cycle, and you need to stay away from that stuff. Its really harsh. Besides, you are already on winny, and NEVER mix two 17aa's if you value your liver...

Oh, I almost forgot! Don't start clomid until 14-21 days after last shot of sust.

I would have to agree Anadrol is not for you at least for now. You dont keep any gains of the shit anyway so in my eyes its worthless. Run sust at at 250mg if thats all you have 50mg a week is not enough. Winny will cut you up dont expect great weight gains of this cycle. Clomid 50/100/50 after your last shot.

IMO don't bother tapering with sust, I would just run 500-750 the entire length of the cycle. I also prefer front loading for the 1st 2 weeks with say 1000mg of sust then running 750 the rest of the time. BTW like he said, start your clomid 10-14 days after last sust shot, because the esters have to all release, another reason why I prefer single ester tests. I like to switch to prop for the last 3 weeks of my cycle so that I can start clomid 3 days after my last shot & avoid post cycle crashes, but to each his own. Peace...
