liquedex ed or eod

ok, my cycle looks like this:
weeks 1-12 750mg sust
weeks 1-12 500mg deca
weeks 1-4 30mg d-bal ed

i have liquidex and was wondering should i use .5mg ed or eod

also, this is the first time i am running these three chemicals. is 30mg d-bal ed enough or should i run it less or more? this is my 3rd cycle and i am about 190lbs at 12% bf.

If I remember correctly Ldex has something like a four day half life, so .5eod should be no different than .25ed. You might want to research half-life and Liquidex to confirm the half-life but I know it's pretty long.

Is that l-dex dose recommondation based on the d-bol? I am doing close to same cycle but no d-bol so should I be using .5ml ed also...currently .25 ed
