Over the past year I have gained 13 lbs naturally. With this cycle I plan on keeping 13lbs. I'm starting this cycle weighing 187lbs @ about 13% bf. I would like to keep my body fat the same and put on some lean muscle.
My training split is as follows
Day 1- Quads, hams, calves, traps
Day 2- Chest, tris, abs
Day 3- Back, bis, calves, forearms
Day 4- shoulders, traps, abs
Day 5- Quads, hams, calves
Day 6- Off
Day 7- Off
