    ... jk kidding bout the banning lol ....Sup bro's been a while since i last posted a pic but anyway i had to cut down a lot, i dropped almost 15 pounds since my last pics. I cut down cause i wasn't ripped enough and had to take time off cause i dislocated both shoulders numerous time... and now i'm gonna bulk back up again (in a month) so these are my before pics. be nice mofos
