    Question Need Help With Chest!!! ???

    I have been working out four years and some in hight school. Right now I am 195 at 5 9" at 11%. I Have alot of trouble building my chest it is by far the slowest growing muscle for me. Can you guys give me some help on what I can do and what workouts you suggest?

    what does your chest day consist of right now?
    what does your split look like?
    are you eating calories for growth? (over maintenance)

    ok. I have been doing chest twice aweek. while eating well.

    Monday
    4 sets DB incline 10-12
    4 sets DB regular 10-12
    sets peck deck 10-12

    Friday
    4 sets db fly inclne 10-12
    4 sets db fly regular 10-12
    4 sets smith press 10-12

    try switching it up and hitting chest once a week for awhile, it wont hurt ,, i would drop the reps to 8-10 add some flyes to your regular benching, also dips help .. good luck

    Try this
    Monday 10 sets on 5 with as much weight as you can lift.
    Then as soon as you are able to work it again go up 10 lbs and do 10 sets of 4 and continue doing this until you get to 10 sets of 1 and go up 10 lbs every week. Keep you deit right while you are doing this and it should help out alot.

    hm. I've never heard of anything like that. I would reccomend increasing your weight/lowering your reps to the 6-10 range, and adding weighted dips. work it only once a week, but work it hard.

    You said wweighted dips, what are they? How do I do them?

    recently i've started alternateing pressing movemnet with a fly movement 2 of each keep it simple
    bench 4 x 8-10
    flat fys 4 x 12
    incline press 4 x 8-10
    machine fly or cable flys 4 x 12
    so far so good

    THen best thing to do is switch up your routine as much as possible to shock and tear away the muscle tissue...Keep on fuckin hammering away...youll get there just be determined
