    coleman is not that big

    went to golds on tuesday afternoon and guess who was there finishng his workout. Goood ol ronnie. This guy is a fucking beast. The first time i saw him it was from a distance but this time i went up to him and talked to him. even got my picture with him. boy did i feel small after that. I still feel small. any who it is just amazing to see him lift. 24 plates or something on the leg press. any one going to see Mr. O? im going to try to make it.

    hmm.. only 24 plates? That's a little more than HALF of what bigol'legs did on the sled. Ronnie's not that big after all.

    yeah 24 plates isnt that much for a dude that big, i do 20 plates and i aint anywhere near his size.
