i do shoulders once a week and was wondering how many excercises and sets were good enough.
i was tihnking something like
military press 4sets 8,8,6,6
arnold press 3 sets of 8
db laterals 3 x 8
upright rows w/ bar 3 x 12
any critique to that?

looks pretty good to me,, do you include your rear delts on your back routine?? only asking because i dont see them posted, oh and another on db laterals is that for side delts? if not you might want to include ...
