My contest photos - Mr Australia 2003

I got second place in the teen mr australia 2003

I will be doing the ifbb teen mr australia on oct 26 (2 weeks later)

i was supposed to peak for the ifbb one and we saw this contest so i decided to enter. I think 2nd place is pretty good for my first contest, but first would have been better...

btw I am natural for now...
    lol

Hard to tell from pics alone but from them I would have gave you 1st. IMO you look much better than the other guy with the bigger trophy. Again thats just from the pics though. The only place I see he really beat you is abs. Not that yours didn't look good.

i'll post up my back shots soon. i decimated everyone with my back

i think that he was leaner than me and had a better chest... nonetheless he must have won by a small margin.

it is his last year as a teenager so i wonder who im up against next time

I have to agree with Ron, in the pics, it looks like you had him beat.

I would have given you first. The only thing I can see, his quads are a little harder and more separated along with abs. But for size and symmetry, I'd give it to you.

looking at the trophy shot i think he got ya with the lower b/f or maybe it was just your pose. His ovreall appearance looks 2 or 3 percent lower than you are.

reviewing the pics again i cant really say why he got ya.unless he just had a better posing routine that is about it. All the other pics you have him dead to rights. He is taller but i think that hurt him lanky looking legs

How old are you. 18? You are seriously ripped. Yeah, you should have gotten first by far.

The abs and thighs shot killed you.

Other than that I think it's pretty much even.

Great work by the way! Keep at it! You've got the potential to go far!

i would have placed u first although your quads lacked seperationa and was holding a little water around the abs but it was your first contest so id be pleased with that. how old are u?

Looks like the only reason he won was conditioning. You have a much better V taper than him. His waist is naturally wide and he lacks outter quad sweep which destroyed his v taper. Get your quad separation down, dial in that midsection a bit more and you'll nail it on Oct. 26th. Good luck!
