I just finished recovery from my cycle about 3 weeks ago (kept 15 of 20 pds I gained) Was eating more than 200g of protein eveyday, but now when Im not on anything I find it hard to consume that much and I am gaining undesirable weight (ie midsection). So my question is how much protein should I be injesting during my off period, so that I wont lose anything, Im not that interested in gains just maintenance as Im starting another (longer) cycle in 2 months. my info is in my profile...
