How's it going guys. I'm getting a bottle of clen in about a week and it's in gel(syrup) form and I can't find any info on the net about it. My question is what is the dosage I should take a day. I heard about a thumbnail full a day but I would like to be more percise. Also I got some creatine and glutimine leftover some September. Would it be any benefit to take them (or at least in the off weeks). Thanks, Rybax
