    Angry Sema's hard Progress

    Hiya bro's
    been a while since i was here, kinda busy with school and stuff
    posted some new pics , i still have major problems gaining weight, but i'm sorting out things and i hope to make some weight gains in the near future.3..
    Try don't flame on me too hard, i'm an ecto in its worst form, but i'm doing my best very hard

    its better to be naturally skinny than fat, this way when you do put on weight u know it's muscle...eat more, it's that simple...good luck bro

    excess calories are going to be key for you. eat some carbs before bed time.
