Hey whats up guys and gals I am having the hardest time getting going again. About 8 months ago I broke my wrist in an Ultimate Fighting Competition and ever since I have not been able to do anything with my left arm. So I have continued to sit at home on my ass and as of now I have gone from 220 to 190 and my pecks are gone everything and now I have a gut that I have never had before. You would think that would be enough motivation to get out and move my ass but its not! Calling on the help of this board anybody else been in a similar situation and if so how did you get over it!
