Do whatever makes you more comfortable. People use the oposing grip because the weight is just so heavy and they're not using straps (most of the time). Some people just feel more comfortable with the hands facing different directions. It's really up to you.
go with what feels right. i like having my hands facing opposite directions but thats just because i have always done it that way and am quite used to it.
i'd agree...i personally like the opposing grip - just make sure you switch it up everytime so each arm gets a similar workload...
