George Foreman grill for Christmas. Obviously chicken would be good to use in it, but does anyone have any other ideas on what I could cook in it that would be good.

i just got one too! i don't know how i ever lived without it!!
i made salmon with dijion mustard & onions on it.. it was the best salmon i've ever had!
its good for grilling veggies too.. tonight i sliced up fresh zuchini, squash and onions, mixed with a bit of olive oil & seasoning. i am not really a fan of vegetables but they taste sooo much better grilled.
Beef boys, Beef! Any which way you can think of to cook it. oh, and maybe some boneless pork chops to
.![]()
Maybe I might want to look into those..??
I would think any kind of protein would work well; beef, beef patties, venison, chicken, turkey, turkey patties, haddock, sole, cod, tuna, salmon
Maybe we should get Tobey to try and put together some GF Grill specific recipes![]()
with the excpetion of pasta, i make almost everything in the foreman grill. chicken, fish, beef, pork, and my altime fav, fat free ground turkey burgers
I went to fitdina.com and she had a recipe in there for tuna burgers...says they don't taste fishy. I bet those could be made in a GF grill.![]()
Hmmm. hadn't thought of trying veggies in it- great idea!![]()
Everyone looks better with a little 'Flex Appeal'
Grilled Chicken/Beef fajitas with green peppers and onions.
If you get tired of all these recipes, get some fat-free cheese and enjoy some of these grilled sandwiches:
Turkey/Swiss
Tuna Melt
Grilled Chicken Melt
Mozzarella Burgers
You can make all of these with fat-free cheese and whole wheat bread. GF makes the best grilled sandwiches!![]()
