If you get a chance please send more pictures. I am interested in how everybody looks going into shows, so I can have a basis on what I should be trying to accomplish. You look good in the picture but I cannot tell many detials. Good luck and thanks.

Our stats are about the same (except for the extra bf I am carrying ). You look pretty lean for 10%. I would have guessed just a bit lower. Of course pics at that distance are tough to gauge. Post some more pics, and you will get some better responses.

strongbm- Your experience is obvious in the pic. It's hard to tell a lot though because the quality isn't great. Looks like you've got a solid upper body and you're lean as well. Post up some more pics. Legs, back, etc with better lighting. Also, cycle history?

By reading your profile, 5'-9, 210 if that is your stats in that pic I'd say you would be a formidable competitor. How are the legs and calves. Upper body looks good.
