I've got them all over my biceps...some on my sides (from when i was a fat fucker). But they're mainly on my biceps. Some say its from using too much weight, but I'm tryin to bulk up and if i dont use a good amount of weight, then I feel like I'm not getting a good workout and I'm wasting my time...Can anybody tell me how to prevent these? Because i hope to compete one day, and the judges wont like seeing them too much...I know they show that you have gained decent muscle growth, some people like em. I'm not one of em personally though...help me out guys!
