Ok I have been doing research and been lifting for about 7 years on and off. Question is this most bodybuilders say the most importatnt thing is make sure you get a nice strict 6-8 reps and feel every set. I understand this concept but my strength when doing this goes up slowly compaired to a powerlifiting routine. My question is is it better to do the strict 8 or go for raw power and build up mass I would like to hear from people that have competeted thanks.
