I inject twice a week into my quads, and recently when i relax and put my legs up, my left quad twitches uncontrolably. Any idea what this is?

no idea -but i get muscle twitches naturally just from working out...
i also get muscle twitches at the injection sites for like a day after.... its annoying when i try to sleep
Magnesium pills will stop muscle twitches. They are often sold as a calcium/magnesium combo, which is fine too.
Nixter.
i dont know, but this morning i woke up and my entire body was shaking . my jaw was evening chattering. i dont know what it was from but it was some freaky shit
sounds like more than a muscle twitch bro
Drink more water...
Good one! Water provides relief for many ailments that plague BBers (et al).Originally Posted by Warrior
H0H like warrior said, magnesium, zinc, and eat a bannana, it could be the muscle just trying to cramp up bro, from the "puddle" of oil in the muscle belly. I also warmed a towl up in the microwave and it relaxed my musle and stopped the twitching, cause I inject. into my quad and had the same prob. last wk.
its normal, happens all the time
since I have started on the sauce, my right ear twitches. I'm being totaly serious. I'll be driving to work, look in the rear wiew, and my ear looks like it is waving at me. It is a little disturbing.Maybe I should put a magnesium tab in my ear LOL
These are the early signs of tetanus.. waking up shaking/jaw chattering. It starts with involuntary spasms that go away becasue your CNS adapts during the day. If things get worse or you wake up with cramps that change into twitches I would see a doctor soon.Originally Posted by Uconish
