I followed your leg workout routine (actually half of it) and now I cant walk.
My legs are like rubber. All shakey and cant even support my weight. It feels good but literally not being able to walk sucks.

What all did you do Bermich? If it's anything like 20 sets of 20 rep deep breathing squats you are in for a few sore days for sure. Wait a minute you're a freaking robot how the hell can your legs hurt..................oil low? hahaha

I've done a 3 sessions(6 wks.)..and there a real mofo....legs like jello, stomach all in knots, tring to keep down your last 3 meals during your workout. give it a go...........it really sucks.......in a good way.Originally Posted by bermich
