    increase workout routine on cylcle?

I just started a cylce a week ago, is there anything wrong with increasing my workout load? I am trying to put on mass.

no, but if you are trying to put on mass, what is more important is working out differently, shoot for the 6-8 rep region

But my recovery is so rapid I feel like I could target two areas 2 x a week

you maybe be able to handle working out a muscle group twice a week, listen to your body

thats right, listen to your body, make sure you achieve full recovery of that particular muscle group before hitting it again. even a weeny soreness cannot be tolerated...you know what i mean

How long is too long for a workout I keep reading contradictory opinions. Some say shorten you wo while on cycle and some say lengthen it????

after an hour theres too much cortizol in your bloodstream and can be counter-productive. Maybe an hour and a half on leg day tops!
I aim for 45min but almost always take an hour. Good workout within that time.
