    Talking Back to the gym.

    Finally...The month of physical therapy is over and I can head back to my gym . Talked to the doc today and he said my shoulder fit in nicely, I just have to be careful and can't do incline bench or anything too heavy for awhile and continue doing my excercises for awhile..about a month or so. I'll just have to gradually go back in weight on everything. But i'll get back up the the norm , and hopefully higher then my 155 on bench . Thanks for listening to me ramble on about my happiness...hehe

    Just remember to listen to what your body tells you and don't over do it.
    And no more fights with the class bully.

    haha I hear you big 'ol! Thanks to that leg shocking workout you posted I think in a few years mine might be pretty good size. I have naturally big quads and calves, so I wonder how i'll look after putting mucho work into them . Yeah...And I'll try to stay out of fights guys I promise hehe.

    Just go by my workout rules of thumb and you'll do good...

    1. If blood starts coming outta of your ears you still need more weight on the bar cause you havnt passed out.

    2. If in case you do pass out in the middle of a set.. have your training partner kick you in the balls and get the smelling salt from your bag and push you harder.

    3. If you still feel your legs after a workout.. YOU PUSSY!!!!

    yeah, I'll be numb for a day, then sore for the next month .
