Hi, i have been training for 3 months now... yeah its not much, hehe but i have made some gains =) not much but i can see the difference... before i started training ive never trained at a gym before.. and had almost no gym at school...
the thing is that i want broad shoulders... what exercises is good ?
and how much do you think i can gain ? im very small over my shoulders and i hate it! i hope someone can help me out.. and maybe in 5-6 years i can start with steroids =)
