I think I've put my first cycle together. It is going to consist of Test Cyp, EQ and (?) Fina. Here it is:
wks 1-2 : 250mgs cyp
wks 1-2 : 200mgs EQ
wks 3-12: 400 mgs cyp
wks 3-12: 300 mgs EQ
And maybe...
wks 5-11: 50mgs fina ED
Anti-es as follows:
10mg nolva ED; .25 ldex ED
PCT:
300/100/50 Clomid + Tribulus
To be taken during cycle: Cranberry seed, considerable does of vits B5 and B6 along with other vits I take usually.
What you expert bros think? This is my first cycle, so I don't want huge does because I want to evaluate how my body responds first. Are those does ok? Should they be bigger or are they too much? What about fina? worth it?
Here is what I've been looking at as far as diet is concerned:
Meal 1
7 egg whites + 1 whole egg
1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ 2 scoops whey protein
2 slices of 100% wheat bread
1 cup O.J. or some other fruit juice
Meal 2
Tuna sandwiches made of two cans of tuna; or 2 chicken breasts
1 banana
Meal 3
2 chicken breast
brown rice or wheat pasta + 1 cup green veggies
Meal-replacement type protein shake w/ oatmeal blended in
Meal 4
1 chicken breast or boca burger sandwich
Meal 5 (preworkout)
Protein Shake
Meal 6 (Postworkout)
10 egg whites
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 cup oats w/honey
Meal 7
2 Chicken Breasts
Salad
Meal 8
Protein Shake w/ flax seed oil
That's it bros... Now please use your expertise and help me improve my first cycle and diet...
