    If thats some pictures of the guy in England who like to put stuff around his penis and testicles to highten his arousal... Ive seen em before and can tell you about it. THis guy put plumbers piping around his penis and testicles cause he like restriction and left it there for 3 days.. he'd done it before and wasnt worried.. but this time his penis and balls swelled to much and he couldnt remove the piping.
