    ok.... heres the workout program...

    4 sets Long strokes.... 2500 reps
    3 sets short strokes and the top 3500 reps
    2 sets short strokes at the bottom superset with vigorus ball rubbing..1500 reps...

    do this workout 4-5x's a day...

    oh no!!! i better watch out ... last night i woke up at 3:30 and had to jerk it ... and i allso did it befor i went to sleep at 11:00 ahhhh

    Ive put 2 inches on my forearms in 2 weeks... but I have put out a couple of eyes that were peaking around the corner...
