steroid detection time when given urine test?

I need to know how long an anabolic steroid such as deca would stay in my stsem detectable if i took a urine test. can you please tell me how much time I would have to be off steroids so I will not test positive on a urine test. and also, do you know how long i need to be off other forms either injectable or oral steroids so i do not test positive on the urine test. thanx so much.
