Post Cycle -Clomid

Hi All, just finished my last shot of Test E today and I want to know when do I start taking my clomid and how much? I was using:

500mg Test E a week.

I did a quick search but didnt see what I was looking for.

Two weeks after your last shot, run it like this...

Day 1 - 300mg
Days 2-11 - 100mg ed
Days 12-21 - 50mg ed

Split these up throughout the day as well.

start your clomid 2 weeks after your last shot of test, and run it this way:

300mg day 1
100mg days 2-11
50mg days 12-21

there are other options, but with the cycle you ran, this is the favorite, i would believe......
