Ok folks this one is a little personal but since yuo don't know me personally I guess you wont be laughing at me in the gym.
about a month ago I went real heavy on squats and presses(heavy for me) and it seems I upset some past Hemroids. Now I'm two weeks into a pretty good cycle and I am scared to go heavy on squats ar presses. I have always had problems with hemroids but this time they burnt like hell and passed a little blood.
The pain is pretty much gone but the blood is here and there. Surgery is out for now or at least until after new years. I have always been proud of my legs. I'm one of the few people that have good genetics in my legs so thats where i try to stand out.
If anyone has had this problem please let me know if I should go ahead and try less weight on squats and presses or skip those all together.
Legs are very important to me but so is my ass and for the record it has always been exit only(not to offend anyone).
