Im midway through week 4 on a sust 500mg per week cycle.
In the first 2 weeks i put 4 lbs on overall. But for a week and a half now i havent increased at all. I can see a difference in size but the weight isnt going up!!
Im 23
260g protein per day
over 4000 cals per day
i weight 161lbs and about 10-12%
my workout:
Mon: Chest abs
Wed: Back
Fri: Shoulders
Sun: Legs
Mon: bis and tris
I cant be overtraining cos im really careful about that.
Do you think there isnt enough protein?
Or is it cos the sust hasnt kicked in yet??
