I read about a study that said no. It had 2 goups. One loaded and one did not. At the end of 1 month, they were at the same levels. Loading will make it happen faster, but the end result is the same.
Like you said, whether you load or not you will have the same CP levels after 30 days. Loading group will probably yield a faster saturation, but after 30 days - either way works...Originally Posted by THORSZ

Its weird cause the only time I gain any weight is loading. I think I might experiment with 10 grams a day when my shipment comes in. I probably would be the same at the end if I loaded or not.
You might have a problem with absorbtion... I think the statistics are that 10 percent of users will be nonresponders to supplemental Creatine.
