In a 13 by 9 baking dish, Put one stick of butter or 1 and 3/4 cups of chicken broth.
Melt the butter first add everything else.
2 TB. lemon juice
1TB. white wine
Then Add Lots of minced garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard
And a couple dashes of hot sauce (Franks Red Hot Suggested).
Place under broiler until shrimp are brown
DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THE OVEN. It burns real quick.
I am a big fan of eating by its self or by throwing it over some fresh greens.
