If I'm just getting back into working out (lifting,running, and boxing) Is 3 days a week running good enough? Keep in mind I am boxing 5 days a week, lifting 4 days a week, not to mention I'm just getting back into everything. I'm 23 years old 6' 200 lbs. with a stomach (excuse me a GUT). I really havent done anything in 3 years.
So is 3 days a week good enough? Is 2 days more practical for right now? Would 5 days be better? Not only do I want to get back into fighting shape I would REALLY like to lose my gut.
Please help.
