Regarding Milk Thistle

I've been through the threads,know what it is and what it does.One thing is a bit unclear,is it just beneficial for the negative effects upon the liver due to an oral AS such as dbol?Is it necessary or beneficial to use it while on a strictly injectable cycle?

There are lots of reports about Milk Thistle and it's ability to protect the liver especially while using AS that are harsh on the liver. Alpha Lipoic Acid could be used in conjunction with Milk Thistle to further protect the liver:
