I am going to be taking a clen cycle as my first cycle per some recommendations around here to hold off on the "juice" until I have training "naturally" longer. I am going to do 16 days on / 16 off with an ECA stack on the off days. I was going to go 1122334455666666 for the first round, and start at 3 and go up everyone after that. I have been doing ECA stacks for over two years now. How does that look?
Now for the female part of my question, my girlfriend would like to do the clen along with me. What is a recommended cycle for a female (24, 5' 11" 135lbs??), same 16 on 16 off? She just wants to trim down off her stomach and get a little firmer.
