o yea and one more thing. did optimum nutrition change it name or something? because i just noticed on the protien jug it says "ON" instead of optimum now what the heck
ON stands for optimum nutrition...same brand, name, etc. I think The only difference between the two is one uses natural sweeteners...

Yup, cheap, effective protein, my personal favorite whey.
Yeah, it taste's pretty good as well. 23grams a serving plus BCAA's and EAA's.
Excellent product. I'm using the Pro-Complex by Optimum these days (the one with all the BCAAs). After sampling a variety of protein powders, it's the best tasting, richest, most soluable, and most decently priced. Definitely recommend it.
Best economic/quality protein. Either Pro-Complex or their regular Whey protein.
