optimum makes this 100%percetn whey protien. well my question is that i saw one that says instantized whey protien and they other says natural whey protien. so whats the diff between these to products?

ON stands for optimum nutrition...same brand, name, etc. I think The only difference between the two is one uses natural sweeteners...

They're still the same company and , and soluble means it's rather easy to mix.

Excellent product. I'm using the Pro-Complex by Optimum these days (the one with all the BCAAs). After sampling a variety of protein powders, it's the best tasting, richest, most soluable, and most decently priced. Definitely recommend it.

Best economic/quality protein. Either Pro-Complex or their regular Whey protein.
