theres a book out on this kind of trainin and from what iv heard is that u use very heavy weights but u only train the strongest part of your motion. so for example you wont being bringing bar right down to your chest when your doin bench or for squats u wont be goin 90 degrees only sumthing like 110-120. Just wondering if you guys have any idea if this works or is it just bogus? (i'll read the book on christmas break).
