I am starting this diet to lose fat but maintain muscle. Please let me know if its good. I am 6'0 220 Ibs moderate metabolism.I work nights 11-7am.
9:15pm wake up-eca stack-45 min faced pace walking
10:15 1/2 cup oats 1 cup water-4 egg whites
MAKE IT 8 EGG WHITES.
12:45 2 cans tuna -4 egg whites-1 egg yolk
NO NEED FOR EGGS HERE.
2:00 (snack)3/4 cup of peanuts
NOT BAD...COULD REPLACE THIS WITH A SHAKE (CASEINATE).
3:30 2 chicken breasts or 2 filets of fish-mixed veggies
GOOD.
6:00 eca stack
TAKE THE STACK AT ABOUT 6:40, IT SHOULDN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO KICK IN.
7:15 1.5 hours heavy lifting
post workout shake(dextrose/whey isolate)
THANK GOD SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO PUT IN A PWO SHAKE

EXCELLENT.
Any suggestions(educated) would be nice. I will also be drinking 2-3 gallons of water(a day) and unsweetened grapefruit juice with every meal.
IT WAS ALL FINE UNTIL I READ THIS... WHY BOTHER WITH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE? DRINK CRYSTAL LITE. EVEN GRAPEFRUIT JUICE THAT IS UNSWEETENED HAS UNNECESSARY SUGARS.
